What is Factor 11 Fitness?
Factor 11 Fitness represents the intangible that you as the client and I as the personal trainer bring to the table, the extra effort, the motivation, the desire to succeed in reaching the set upon goal. Even if you aren't aware of it in yourself it is my commitment to always bring that level of focus and effort to every session we have with each other and to pull that out of you. I make it my personal mission to help you believe in yourself and realize that you are capable of way more than you might think. It is how I approach my own training and I bring the same mentality to our sessions, we ultimately succeed together!!!
Who am I?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer providing by appointment personal training services under the name Factor 11 Fitness at my training facility based out of Bergenfield, NJ.
My journey in the world of fitness began as a youth by way of being involved in many different sports and because i was never the biggest kid I always felt it was important to be as strong and as fit as possible for my size to make up the difference. Fitness has stuck with me since that time and has, is, and will always be a part of my life and I can honestly say without a question of a doubt that when I am in the midst of a training session I feel I am the most connected and at one with the universe, it truly is my passion. So why not share that with others and help them achieve their own fitness goals and ambitions and make a difference in peoples lives. Helping people get in shape, get strong and having a more energetic and vibrant life by way of health and fitness isn't a job to me its a way of life I want to share with you!!!
